COSMIC TIDINGS

I have been adrift in the cosmos.
Tossed on solar seas,
and breezes, and currents
of celestial pools of stars
which kept me blinded.

Shimmering ripples
in confounding rotations
have kept me dizzied.
While nebulous cloudlings
have fogged my mind.

Where fractal quarks
became quagmires
of universal quicksand.

My words escaped me
for a time.
Eclipsed by gasps
of breathless wonder
and I swam
In cosmic tidings.

But I have returned at last
escaping my confusion.
Searching now
for all those words I lost,
and what shall I do with them
once found.
