This is Image is called 'Circle Jerkle Red 2'

Using Red 1 I dropped in yellow texture into the black and then I glassed that with an 'inside marquee'. I used the Paint Shop Pro Plug-In 'Eye Candy'. You can download (right click and save) this image and set it as your free background.
